Hi, I'm Jonathan!

Born in the small and mighty town of Red Bank, New Jersey, Jonathan grew up on the Jersey Shore only a stones throw from New York City. He spent his summers at the beach and boardwalk overlooking the skyline, dreaming about the day he would be there. Living on the water, Jonathan was an avid fisherman with no fear of boats or being at sea. (This came in handy when he began performing on cruise ships!) Before Jonathan found the performing arts, he had dreams of being a baseball player and with an extremely athletic family, there was no sport he couldn't tackle, including acrobatics.

As he got older, his sister inspired him to take on singing and finally audition for his first musical, a high school production of The Wiz, in which he played one of the munchkins. With Jonathan's ability to tumble and a voice waiting to be freed, he found a passion in being on the stage and decided to hang up his baseball cap.

Jonathan began working professionally while still in high school, performing at local community theaters and collecting stipends for his performances. Shortly after graduating and realizing he didn't have the finances for college, he was scouted by a manager and agency whom he signed with, helping him gain hands on experience in the industry while figuring out the kind of artist he wanted to be. Since then, he has freelanced with another agency and now represents himself, driven by passion and dedication.

In the ten years since graduating, this career has allowed Jonathan to travel, seeing over 50 countries, all 50 states and places he didn't even know existed. Between performing Jonathan enjoys to spend his time road tripping, backpacking and tasting new foods everywhere he goes.

Jonathan is currently performing in Beetlejuice the Musical onboard the beautiful Norwegian Viva and cannot wait to cook in his own kitchen when he returns home in the fall.
